Can we do seminar on "Chemstation for Dummies". Really, I mean, whats good with your LC if you can't maximize your software capabilities? An LC will only be as good as its software.

I agree with biokemist89 on method validation and measurement of uncertainty/statistical methods for GC and LC and even methods we use like titration, etc.
